The Wyandot County Health Alliance is holding a bike safety rodeo for children on Saturday, May 20 from 10 am – 12 Noon in the parking lot at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Upper Sandusky.
The event will include an obstacle course for young riders, bicycle fittings and informational stations by local agencies. Law enforcement representatives will register bikes, and bicycle inspections.
In addition to refreshments and giveaways, one participant will win a grand prize bike donated by Kimmel Corp.
The obstacle course and stations will be set up in the church’s back (west) lot, with parking available in the side (south) lot. In case of rain, the stations will be moved to the church basement.
The bike safety rodeo is free with on-site registration from 10 – 11:30 am. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and should bring their bike and helmet (if they have one).
