A disturbance at Forest Court Apartments was reported to Kenton police through a 9-1-1 call Sunday night.

According to the report, officers were dispatched to the apartment complex in reference to a domestic involving a male with a knife.

After an investigation, the incident was determined to be an active fight involving 8 adults and one juvenile.

No charges have been filed.

Two vehicles parked on the north side of Kenton were damaged over the weekend.

According to the report from the Kenton Police Department, one vehicle was parked in the 500 block of North Wayne, and the other was in the 500 block of North Main.

A blunt object was used to damage the light fixture and rear windshield of the vehicles.

No suspects were listed.

An Alger man was arrested following a weekend crash in the 100 block of South Detroit Street in Kenton.

According to the report from the Kenton Police Department, 24 year old Phillip West was taken into custody after the crash on charges of driving under the influence and improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.

He was also cited for failure to control and driving on a closed road.
