A Forest woman was arrested following a report of an intoxicated driver at McDonald’s Sunday night.

 

According to information on the Kenton Police Department’s Daily Log Sheet, officers received the call at around 11:45 Sunday night.

 

Danielle L. Miller was taken into custody and cited for operating a vehicle under the influence.

 

She was also issued a summons for underage consumption.

A theft was reported to Kenton police over the weekend.

 

According to the report, officers were dispatched to a residence in the 400 block of West Franklin Street to investigate.

 

A resident there told officers that a wallet was stolen.

 

The wallet contained personal identification and financial cards.

 

The incident is under investigation.

A criminal trespassing incident occurred at a business in Kenton over the weekend.

 

According to the report from the Kenton Police Department, an employee at Family Dollar requested an officer at the store in reference to the incident.

 

A 28 year old Kenton woman was listed as the suspect.

 

The incident remains under investigation.
