KMS Wrestlers Prevail Over O-G

There were only four contested matches for the Kenton Middle School wrestling team last night in a dual meet against Ottawa-Glandorf.

Kenton wrestlers won all four and won 52-18.

Connor Dye had the quickest pin of the season by defeating Brayden Tousley in the 80 lbs weight class in just thirteen seconds. Kade Smith followed suit at 86 lbs and beat Grant Kahle by pin at 1:10. At 92 lbs, Anthony Hunt pinned Justice Pope and Gavin Manns won by a Major Decision 15-6 over Evan Cox.

Middle school wrestlers are back in action on Monday at home against Lima Shawnee and end the regular season on Tuesday at Elida.
