KHS Quiz Bowl Member Qualifies for National Tournament

A Kenton High School academic team Student has Qualified for a national Individuals Academic Tournament in April.
Lucas Hites, A Junior at Kenton and member of the High School Quiz Bowl team has been invited to compete in the Individual Player National Championship Tournament in Rosemont, Illinois just outside of Chicago on April 5th.
The Invitation for Hites to compete was extended to KHS Quiz Bowl Coach Avery Collins following Hites’ exceptional Individual performance at an N-A-Q-T Style Invitational meet in November 2019.
N-A-Q-T, standing for the National Academic Quiz Tournaments, provide question sets, host small invitationals, and will be the facilitators of this national competition.
Collins will be attending the Tournament as well as a coach and will be there with the Hites’ family to support Lucas throughout the day.
