Kenton Man Sentenced in Common Pleas Court

Written by on March 22, 2019

A Kenton man was sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

According to the document from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:

29 year old Adam Plymale was sentenced to 12 months in prison after being convicted on one count of escape earlier this month.

Since the act occurred after he was released from prison and while on post-release control from an earlier case, and given Plymale’s extensive criminal history, he was sentenced to an additional 426 days in prison to be served consecutively to the 12 month sentence.

The case was heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
