Kenton Man Issued Summons for Possessing Criminal Instruments

A Kenton man was cited after an incident reported to Kenton Police on Monday.
According to the report, officers were dispatched to the 700 block of West Franklin Street in reference to a male in a vehicle possibly overdosing.
At the scene, officers cited Derek Thomas, age 34, for having physical control of a vehicle while under the influence and for having fictitious plates.
He was also issued a summons for possessing drug abuse instruments.
