Kenton Listed as 9th Most Affordable Place to Live by Homesnacks.net

Homesnacks.net recently published its 6th annual study of the most affordable places to live in Ohio, and Kenton was listed at number 9.

 

Kenton made the list because it has the 27th lowest ratio of home price to income in the state. Kenton residents pay a median price of $78,600 for homes and earn a median income of $40,523. 

 

The city of Wapakoneta was ranked second, and Bellevue, in northern Ohio, was rated the cheapest place to live in the state.
