Kenneth E. Ramsey of Mt.Victory

Services for Kenneth Earl Ramsey will be private. Burial will take place at Hale Cemetery in Mt.Victory. The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Mt. Victory is assisting the family with arrangements.

He died unexpectedly at his residence. He was born March 1, 1962 in Ridgeway to Phillip and Judith (Jacobs) Ramsey who survive. He married Donna Lonyo in 1982 and they later divorced.

Surviving are 3 children; Amanda (Joseph) Simpson, Colby Ramsey, Jason (Mysti) Ramsey, 3 grandchildren; Matthew, Jordyn, Gabriel, 3 siblings; Kathy (Kent) Jones, Kieth (Bridget) Ramsey, Karen (Mike) Huisman, and several nieces,nephews, aunts and uncles.

Ken graduated as the Salutatorian from Ridgemont High School in 1980. He sang with the All Ohio State Youth Choir and even got to travel with them to Europe. Ken then completed his associates degree from OSU Wooster. In 1983, Ken got hired at the Honda Marysville Autoplant in the paint department. He went back to school and earned his EMT and paramedic certification and became a teacher and served on the Honda Emergency Response Team for 37 years. Ken is also known for his love of baking sweets and his love of his pugs. He loved spending time with his family and grandchildren. He also was a member of the United Methodist Church in Ridgeway.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
