During the business meeting members voted to spend the necessary funds to send 9 members to National Convention, which is held in Indianapolis, Indiana. Members also voted to host two fundraisers this fall, a soil judging contest and the Homecoming Chicken BBQ. Student Advisor, Maddie Grappy, announced the chapter had sold a quarter of the goal for the Chicken BBQ. The chapter goal is to sell 1000 meals, profits from this fundraiser go to support Convention and CDE contest trips.
