Four Sentenced Recently in Common Pleas Court

Four people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

 

According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:

 

.Gideon Wright was sentenced to four and half years in prison on charges of aggravted possession of drugs, trafficking in cocaine in the vicinity of school or juvenile, trafficking in cocaine, possession of heroin and attempted tampering with evidence.

 

.Robbie Elwood was sentenced to just under 4 years in prison on two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs.

 

.Brian Wingate was sentenced to 18 months in prison on one count of failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer.

 

.Angel Howell was placed on five years community control with conditions on one count of trespassing in habitation when a person is present or likely to be present.

 

All cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
