Four Sentenced Recently in Common Pleas Court

Four people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

 

According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:

 

.Dustin A. Teeters was sentenced to a total of 24 months in prison on one count each of escape, failure to notify of change of address and grand theft of a motor vehicle.

 

.Billy J. James was sentenced to 16 months on one count each of escape and failure to notify of change of address.

 

The following two individuals were each placed on five years community control with conditions:

 

.Vaughn G. Collins on one count of gross sexual imposition. He was classified as a Tier I Sex Offender.

 

.Shawn C. Clayborn on one count each of attempted tampering with evidence and possession of heroin.

 

All cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
