Four Sentenced Recently in Common Pleas Court

Four people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

 

According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:

 

.Aaron S. Miller was sentenced to a total of 45 months in prison on one count each of possession of heroin, breaking and entering and assault.

 

.Sally M. Neeley was sentenced to 12 months in prison on one count of identity fraud. She was ordered to pay $1060 in restitution to the victim.

 

The following two individuals were each placed on five years community control with conditions:

 

.David L. Harp on on count of abusing harmful intoxicants.

 

.Brandon J. Artis on one count of domestic violence.

 

All cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
