Forest Woman Facing Charge of Tampering with Records

A Forest woman is facing charges following an incident reported to Kenton police on Tuesday.
According to the report, a probation officer reported that a person falsified a court document.
The 30 year old suspect is facing a charge of tampering with records.
The incident remains under investigation.
