Five Sentenced in Common Pleas Court

Five people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

 

According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:

 

.James R. McKee was sentenced to 30 months in prison, with the first 120 days mandatory, on one count of operating a vehicle while under the influence.

 

The following four individuals were each placed on five years community control with conditions:

 

.Brenton E. Whittaker on one count of escape

 

.Jaryd L. Darnell on one count of possession of fentanyl related compound

 

.Nathan M. Castle on one count of aggravated trafficking in heroin. two counts of trafficking in heroin and one count of possession of heroin

 

.Timothy G. Bressler on one count each of attempted tampering with evidence and possession of cocaine

 

All cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
