Findlay Police Looking for Man Who Fled During Mental Health Screening

A male fled from the emergency room at Blanchard Valley Hospital Monday afternoon during a mental health screening and treatment plan.
According to a release from the Findlay Police Department, officers are searching for a white male, five feet eleven inches tall and weighing 150 pounds. He has brown hair and was wearing only a hospital gown.
As a precaution, the Chamberlain Hill Elementary school was put on lock down.
There have been no threats or threatening actions to the general public in the matter.
