Financial Help Sought for Care of Dogs Rescued from Puppy Mill in Wyandot County

Written by on August 7, 2019

The Wyandot County Humane Society is requesting financial help for the care of 149 dogs that were recently seized from a puppy mill.

The money is needed to help  with the care for the animals, veterinary procedures, vaccines, spay/neuter, staff overtime, supplies and general processing.

The Humane Society normally receives over 1,000 animals a month this time of year, and never turn anything away, but a sudden influx of so many animals requiring special veterinary treatment has severely taxed their space and resources.

A GoFundMe campaign has been started to help raise $5,000 initially.
