Every Other Week Recycling Pickup Begins August 4 in Kenton

Kenton Mayor Lynn Webb reminded residents that recycling totes will be emptied every other week beginning August 4.
“Republic has been picking up recycling every week just to get people on. So August 4 is kind of like trash day, recycling day, hit the schedule, so pay attention whether you’re on Schedule A or Schedule B. That’s when they’ll start doing the every other week on recycling,” said Mayor Webb.
The mayor made the comments at the Kenton City Council meeting this past Monday evening.
