Driver Escapes Serious Injuries in Crash Monday Afternoon

A Huntsville man escaped serious injury in a crash that occurred Monday afternoon on U.S. 68 just south of Kenton.

 

According to information from the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office, a vehicle being driven by William Lewis ended up off the east side of 68 and came to rest in the yard in front of Golden Giant.

 

The extent of injuries are unknown, but Lewis was not transported to the hospital.

 

BKP Ambulance District, Kenton Fire Department and Minnich’s Towing assisted at the scene.

 

Citations are pending, and the crash remains under investigation.
