Driver Escapes Injury in New Year’s Eve Crash

A Columbus man was cited following a New Year’s Eve accident in Wyandot County.
According to the report from the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office, a car driven by 31 year old Danny Colwell drifted to the right side of the road while traveling north on County Highway 119 and struck a parked vehicle.
Disabling damage occurred to the vehicles.
Colwell was not injured.
He was cited for operating a vehicle while under the influence.
