Disconnection of Utility Services in Kenton to Resume July 27

Written by on July 7, 2020

The City of Kenton has been notified from the Ohio EPA that as the stay-at-home order has been lifted and the reopening of businesses, restaurants, retail stores and other establishments has taken place, disconnection of utility services can and will resume on July 27.

Residents who are more than 60 days in arrears will receive additional information with their disconnection notice that will explain how to make payment arrangements.

Those residents will be required to make their entire current monthly bill.

Should residents fail to make those designated payments, then service will be disconnected as they have normally been done in the past.
