Ceremony Held for New OSP Superintendent

Lieutenant Colonel Richard S. Fambro was ceremonially promoted to the Ohio State Highway Patrol’s highest rank on Monday.
Ohio Department of Public Safety Director Thomas J. Stickrath conducted the ceremony.
Colonel Fambro will serve as the 19th Superintendent of the Patrol, making history as he becomes the first African American to hold the position.
