Ban on Yard and Garage Sales Lifted

Written by on May 18, 2020

The Kenton-Hardin Health Department has lifted the ban on yard and garage sales.

As of May 15, these activities can resume, following guidance given from the state.

If notified that the sale or business is not following guidelines, the health department can inspect and request the sale be ended, until it can conform to the specified directions.

With the continued Stay Safe Ohio order there will be a limit to 10 people at the garage and yard yard sales at one time.

If there would be more than 10, some individuals should wait in their vehicles until someone has left.
