Armed Robbery Under Investigation in Richwood

An armed robbery occurred in Richwood early Monday morning.
According to a release from the Richwood Police Department, officers responded to the Marathon Gas Station, located at 3 East Bromford Street, to investigate the incident.
A male, described as 6 feet, wearing blue coveralls and a black mask and gloves, approached an employee outside the business and brandished a firearm.
The employee was then ordered to go inside the business, and the male fled the business. No other informaton on the robbery is being released at this time.
