Arend Leads Carey Past Upper Sandusky

Sadie Arend scored a game-high 24 points to lead the Carey Blue Devils to a 49-21 victory over Upper Sandusky in Northern 10 girls basketball play Saturday afternoon.
The Blue Devils improve to 8-5 overall and 6-5 in conference play, The Rams are now 4-11 overall and 3-7 in the league.
Arend was the only player to score in double figures for either team. Reagan Ward and Jenna Kurtz scored seven points each for the Rams.
