ACSO Looking to Identify Theft Suspect

The Allen County Sheriff’s Office Detective Bureau is attempting to identify a male suspect who entered WalMart on Harding Highway earlier this month and appeared to begin looking for different elderly victims in the store in an attempt to steal purses and/or wallets.
At one point the suspect is captured on video stealing the wallet from the purse of a 91 year old female while she was selecting items from a shelf.
The suspect immediately used the victim’s debit and credit cards to purchase gift cards totaling several hundred dollars.
